If I am not home, how will Mighty Maids get in my home?
Most clients provide us with a key to obtain entry to their home. You don't have to worry - remember, our employees are all bonded and insured and our work is backed by a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

Will I always have the same crew of maids? How many maids will come to my home?
We strive for consistency to increase the level of satisfaction, and that includes trying to send the same maid(s) to the same homes on a regular schedule. The number of maids will depend on how big your home is and how many services you require.

What are my payment options?
We accept cash, check or credit card. Payment should be made upon completion of the job unless another arrangement has been agreed upon with a customer service representative in our office.

What if we have pets?
We love household pets - if they love us! We do suggest to the homeowner that the maid service team on site should be given specific instructions that might be necessary in dealing with your pet. If the pet in question is not comfortable around strangers, we ask that they be contained in a separate area.

How much will it cost to have Mighty Maids?
Since every home is unique and every homeowner has different needs, we provide over-the-phone quotes free of charge. Just give us a call, describe what you want done, and we'll come up with a plan that fits your schedule and needs. Unlike many maid services in Ohio, we don't follow a strict list of tasks - instead, we tailor your house cleaning package to what you need done. You are booking maid service by the hour - you choose how those hours are spent!

Do I need to provide supplies?
Not at all. Our maids bring their supplies with them when they come and take everything away when they go - no need to shop for cleaning supplies or store them in your home.

What other services do Mighty Maids provide?
